1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Digital Therapy Tools, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Membership and Recurring Billing

The Digital Therapy Tools membership is currently offered at $4.99 USD per month unless a different price or promotion is clearly shown before purchase. A monthly membership automatically renews and the payment method on file is charged each billing period until the membership is canceled.

The price, billing frequency, and recurring nature of the membership should be shown before purchase. Applicable taxes, if any, may be added as required.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through the available account or subscription-management controls. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, access continues through the end of the billing period already paid for.

We do not require you to contact us by phone or persuade us to cancel a membership that was purchased online. If you experience a technical problem canceling, contact admin@digitaltherapytools.com.

4. Refunds

Because membership provides immediate access to digital content and tools, payments already made are generally non-refundable. We may issue refunds or credits in our discretion for duplicate charges, billing errors, or other appropriate circumstances. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Membership access is intended for the individual account holder unless Digital Therapy Tools expressly offers a different license. You may not share credentials to provide paid access to people who have not purchased or otherwise been granted access.

6. Permitted Professional Use

You may use the interactive tools and their generated client-facing takeaways in your own professional work, including during sessions and for appropriate follow-up with clients, subject to professional judgment, confidentiality obligations, and applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property and Restrictions

The website, tool designs, prompts, written content, branding, downloadable materials, and other original Digital Therapy Tools content are protected intellectual property. Except for the ordinary professional use described above, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, scrape, systematically copy, distribute, or create a competing library from Digital Therapy Tools content without written permission.

You may not bypass membership controls, interfere with the site's operation or security, use the service for unlawful purposes, or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to paid content or another user's account.

8. Clinical Responsibility and No Guarantee of Outcomes

Interactive tools are aids to clinical reasoning and conversation, not substitutes for professional assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, safety assessment, supervision, consultation, or emergency procedures. Clinicians remain responsible for determining whether a tool is appropriate for a particular client, setting, age, diagnosis, risk level, and scope of practice.

Digital Therapy Tools does not guarantee clinical outcomes, symptom improvement, client engagement, reimbursement, continuing-education credit, legal compliance, or suitability for every clinical situation.

9. Client Information and PHI

Do not use Digital Therapy Tools as an electronic health record or repository for protected health information. Users should avoid entering client-identifying or confidential information into interactive tools and are responsible for complying with their own privacy, recordkeeping, professional, employer, and legal obligations.

10. Availability and Changes

We may add, modify, replace, or discontinue tools, features, pricing, or portions of the service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, technical problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The service may rely on or link to third-party platforms, including account, payment, hosting, analytics, and external resource providers. Digital Therapy Tools is not responsible for the independent content, availability, security, or policies of third-party services.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Therapy Tools is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular clinical purpose, or other warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Therapy Tools and its owner or contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Termination or Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, misuse of the service, attempts to bypass access controls, or conduct that threatens the service or other users. Where appropriate, cancellation or termination does not erase payment or other obligations already incurred.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Digital Therapy Tools evolves. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
